Unboxing Parcel Video Is Mandatory for all issues
When making the opening video, record it in one continuous take. Begin before opening the package, showing the shipping label and checking all sides of the package. Open the packet after displaying the shipping label. Don't cut or pause during the video. We'll send your exchange product within 2-3 days of getting your parcel.

Wrong Color Issue: Photos and videos are necessary.
Damage/Defective Problem: An opening video is mandatory.

What's NOT Included?
Changed Mind/Size Doesn't Fit: If the item is not to your liking or doesn't fit (provided the size is as per our specifications), we, unfortunately, cannot process an exchange/return.
Product Quality Concerns: If you're dissatisfied with the fabric or stitching quality (provided you received the exact item as described by us), we, unfortunately, cannot accept an exchange or request.
**We provide a helpful service called the paid exchange policy. If you need to exchange the size on your own, you can pay 150/- for each product, and we'll take care of the size exchange for you. This cost covers shipping in both directions.
Your item will be picked up from your address within 24 to 48 hours. After the item is collected and undergoes all the necessary checks, we will proceed to reship your order. The delivered item will reach you within 3 to 10 working days.
